We use a wide range of welding procedures approved by the CWB (Canadian Welding Bureau) according to CSA W47.1 division 3 standard. All welding is overseen by a certified supervisor.

WELDING PROCESSES ADAPTED TO YOUR PARTS AND EQUIPMENT PROJECTS
From an existing part, your plans and specifications, or the technical plans done by our team, our welding experts assemble the components that will perfectly meet all the operational needs you intend of them. Our structure helps us closely monitor all equipment production operations, therefore preventing any delays.
We weld and assemble various types of alloys and their grades of steels, stainless steels, and aluminum. The mechanical welding assemblies performed by Beauchemin Industriel are both solid and durable, and undergo adequate preparation prior to the welding stage.
We master the following welding and assembly processes:
- TIG welding (GTAW)
- MIG welding (GMAW – FCAW – MCAW)
- Spot welding
- Bolting and riveting assembly
Our two plants, one for production and assembly, and the other dedicated exclusively to assembly, have a combined total of 17,000 ft2, offering us all the space needed to complete various small or very large projects.
